But the following day, she is attacked by Hazel's followers, and she ends up dying in the end. Despite her condition, Holly survives the attack, and the warren is back in business with a new owsla.

The second warren that the owls inhabit is named after Holly. The owls in this warren are the most intelligent in the world. Holly's companions are Blackberry, Dandelion, and Bluebell. But the most important companions are Bluebell and Hazel, who are two of the most trusted and most loved by the owls. They make the most amazing friends! So, it's a good thing that both Holly and Hazel have such different personalities!

Bluebell

In the classic book and subsequent television series, Bluebell is the fox who joins the group of children escaping the Sandleford warren. She is a great friend of Holly, Dandelion, and Pipkin. She tells jokes and is known for her story telling skills, a trait she shares with her other friends. Bluebell is a timid and innocent character with a merry disposition.

Holly is a former captain of the Sandleford Warren Owsla. She joins Bluebell to escape the warren, where the does are enslaved and killed. Holly, who is near death, is also welcomed by the fugitives. However, Holly's plan to rescue does is opposed by Holly, who becomes the scout of the Watership warren. After Holly's plan fails, Bluebell and Holly sense an approaching elil. They fight, and Holly shouts Bigwig's name.

Ultimately, Hazel saves the rabbits and leads the Owsla of Efrafa. When the rabbits reach the warren, Bigwig tries to kill the escaped hutch rabbits but fails. In the process, Bluebell makes a lasting peace in Watership and forms a friendship with the Efrafans. She also sends rabbits to Caesar's Belt, where they kill Orchis, a former leader of the Efrafa.
